SUBSTANCE: modernising kit for the 5.45 mm AK-74 assault rifle according to the bullpup scheme comprises a rear plug with a rubber backplate of a reduced length, an elongated foreend with Picatinny rails, a pistol grip with a safety bracket, and a duplicate trigger. A single module is secured to the barrel of the weapon by means of a standard connecting coupling and comprises a Z-shaped trigger rod with a hook for the interaction of the main trigger with the duplicate trigger. A rectangular window is made on the left for the passage of the Z-shaped trigger rod with a hook into the foreend. The duplicate trigger is rigidly secured on the trigger rod.
