SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additionally installed auxiliary devices of vehicles. The towing hitch with vertical adjustment is made in the form of a structure consisting of a rod with ends, fixed with one end in the middle part of the transverse beam, passing through the corner suspension brackets fixed on the side of the tractor frame, and in the subsequent end of the rod, a towing hitch is pivotally installed type "traction fork" and a frame mounting bracket with an upper rubber-metal damper, a support spring and a loading hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is bolted to the aft part of the tractor frame. The rod passes through the eye of the working rod of the loading hydraulic cylinder between the damper and the support spring of the frame mounting bracket.

EFFECT: reduction of slippage, increase in tractive effort and agrotechnical cross-country ability, increase in productivity and safety in the operation of machine-tractor units, reduction of galloping when starting and moving, improvement in stabilization of the course and trajectory stability of the tractor.
