FIELD: tire industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber compounds for the tire industry, in particular for the manufacture of sports tire treads. A rubber compound based on a combination is proposed: DSSK 4040-M27 synthetic butadiene-styrene statistical rubber with a high content of styrene, which is a product of polymerization of butadiene-1,3 with styrene in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of anionic initiators - 100 parts by weight; filler - active carbon black N220 - 77.5 wt.pts.; plasticizer - TDAE petroleum oil with a low content of polycyclic hydrocarbons - 23 parts by weight; vulcanization activators - zinc oxide - 3 wt.pts. and stearic acid - 3.7 parts by weight; vulcanization accelerator - N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide (CBS) - 1.3 parts by weight; antioxidants - N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine (6PPD) - 1 wt.pts., microcrystalline wax - 2 wt.pts. and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (TMQ) - 3.7 parts by weight; vulcanizing agent - ground sulfur - 2.1 parts by weight; antiscorching - N-cyclohexylthiophthalamide (PVI) - 0.3 wt.pts.
EFFECT: proposed invention makes it possible to obtain a rubber compound for the tread of sports tires, which provides good technological properties, high strength characteristics, dynamic properties and improved grip on a dry road surface.
