FIELD: goods transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of container transportation of goods, in particular to containers designed to ensure the safe transportation, storage and maintenance of explosive goods, mostly bulky. The explosive cargo container has a cylindrical body with closed ends, one of which is closed with a lid. For packing cargo into a container, it includes a slipway, which is a structure consisting of front and rear lodgements connected to each other by rigid rods, on the bases of which the cargo is placed with its rear end resting against a limiter bar fixed on the basis of the rear lodgement and fixed in lodgments with the help of semi-bandages, hingedly connected to the bases of the lodgments and tightened with a screw. On both sides, wheels are installed on each base of the lodgments. To roll out the slipway with cargo from the container, an assembled structure is used, consisting of removable guides, guide extensions, rods, a connecting bar and a U-shaped stand. To reduce the level of overloads affecting the cargo in case of accidents, the slipway is installed in the container, supported by the conical surfaces of the base and semi-bandages of the cradles, through self-aligning wedge supports on the surface of the ring and the upper and lower half rings, attached in series from the blind end side to the inner surface of the container body using elastoplastic shock absorbers of an arcuate shape. After rolling, the slipway is locked inside the container body. Elastic-plastic shock absorbers of an arcuate shape are installed on the container lid, as well as a spring-loaded ring that presses the rear end of the cargo when the lid is closed. To overcome the compression force of the springs holding the ring, the lid is closed using the lever lock lever. A locking device based on crossbars is installed on the inner surface of the lid. Access to the mechanism providing the possibility of opening the locking device is closed by a combination lock installed in a glass fixed on the lid.
EFFECT: reducing the time for preparing cargo for routine maintenance, ensuring ease of assembly and routine maintenance due to almost all-round access to the cargo, the possibility of carrying out work without the use of lifting equipment when unpacking and extracting cargo, as well as making it difficult for emergency access to packaged cargo.
