FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for resource tests of telescopic hydraulic cylinders of a reciprocating type, equipped with a hydraulic lock. The hydraulic cylinder consists of a sleeve and a rear lid with bushes fixed on the surface of the sleeve, into which a bypass hollow tube is tightly installed, while the first end of the tube communicates with a piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and the second one – with a rod cavity. An axle box is fixed at the end of the hydraulic cylinder, tightly enclosing a rod with a piston and a lug installed on it. In a case of the rear lid, there are a central hole for installation of the hydraulic lock, a direct motion channel, and a reverse motion channel, as well as a horizontal channel connecting a central vertical cylindrical hole to the piston cavity. The hydraulic lock consists of upper and lower valve groups, each of which consists of a cup, in a case and a neck of which side horizontal holes are made, a thrust screw, a saddle, and a spring-loaded locking element. In the center of the hydraulic lock, between valve groups, a control piston with upper and lower pushers is installed on springs. In addition, in the reverse motion channel, resistive pressure and temperature sensors are installed, outputs of which are connected to the first and the second measuring inputs of a telemetry unit made based on a microcontroller fixed on the case of the hydraulic cylinder, while the telemetry unit is equipped with a radio module for transmission of telemetry to a remote automated tracking system.
