FIELD: automatic control devices.
SUBSTANCE: jet-photo compensation proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller consists of a jet-photo compensation proportional-integral (PI) controller and a differentiating link connected by an adder, characterized by the fact that the PI controller and the differentiating link contain a sensitive element: a plate with nozzles normally located on it, from which jets flow under pressure of the variable and the task, and in the feedback of the PI controller there is an electrical integral link consisting of a capacitor and variable resistance that changes the integration time constant, and the differentiating link includes pneumatic constant volume capacitance and variable resistance to change the differentiation time constant.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of regulation due to the use in the PI controller and in the differentiating link of a linear compensation circuit based on the force action of a jet on a movable plate fixed on a loop of a photoelectric galvanometer optically connected to a bridge electrical circuit.
