The device also contains a transmitter connected to the computer, and the computer is configured with the possibility of collection and storage in computer memory, during operation, of usage data related to the use of the device by a consumer, transmission of usage data, and memory clearing from usage data after transmission. The computer is also configured with the possibility of sequential transmission of the first transmitted version of usage data and the second transmitted version of usage data.
