SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for noise and thermal insulation of a car and a device for manufacturing an insulation liner. The insulation liner for the car door is made with the possibility of placement between the door frame and the door card and is made of highly elastic polyurethane foam in the form of a three-dimensional figure with variable thickness, including convex and concave surfaces corresponding to the shapes of devices placed in the car door, and a protrusion made with the possibility of placement in a recess made in the door card for the armrest of the door. The insulation liner preferably includes a through hole made with the possibility of placing an audio speaker in it, a recess made with the possibility of placing wires in it, through holes for inserting elements through them for attaching the door card to the door frame, a recess made with the possibility of placing a control unit in it, a recess made with the possibility of placing a cable there connecting the door handle to the door locking mechanism, a recess made with the possibility of placing the door handle body in it, and/or a recess, made with the possibility of placing a control key unit in it. The device for the manufacture of an insulatiion liner is made in the form of a mold corresponding to the shapes of the devices placed in the car door, consisting of a bottom and a lid, made with the possibility of connection to form a space for the formation of an insulation liner.
