FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for cooling and heating cabins of vehicles, and can be used mainly in air conditioning systems for cabins of tractors and other transport and technological machines. The air conditioning unit includes an air processing unit (1) containing a fan (3) installed in a box-shaped housing (2) driven by an electric motor (9), an internal heat exchanger (4) connected to the liquid cooling system of the internal combustion engine, and an evaporator heat exchanger (5), located in the circulation circuit together with the compressor (14). The box body (2) is made with two identical air ducts (6) with inlet windows (7) located symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of its symmetry and installed in each air duct (6) on the axis (8) perpendicular to the symmetry axis of the box body (2), fan impeller (3). The front end wall (10) of the box-shaped body (2) is made flat with an outlet window (11) in the form of a slot with a center located in the geometric center of the front end wall (10). The internal heat exchanger (4) and the evaporator heat exchanger (5) are installed in a box-shaped housing (2) in series and perpendicular to its longitudinal axis of symmetry, and the circulation circuit of the air conditioning unit is made with an inverter-type compressor (14) controlled by a controller (19).
EFFECT: compactness of the climate control system with simplified control, reliability in operation.
