SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to mining, namely to the development of wells of various designs. The method includes lowering into the well a device consisting of a jet pump and a packer, isolating the annular space above the top of the formation and treating the bottomhole formation zone in the mode of pumping the treatment fluid into the formation and in the mode of withdrawing it from the formation. The device is fixed in the well and the treatment liquid is supplied under pressure to tubings (tubing pipes) rigidly connected to the jet pump housing and further to the formation. After the technological time, the jet pump is switched to the reservoir fluid selection mode, in which the jet pump is hydraulically connected to the above-packer annular space, and the internal cavity of the tubing is separated from the under-packer space. Then, the working fluid is supplied to the tubing, an area of ​​reduced pressure is created, ensuring the absorption of the reservoir fluid into the internal cavities of the device and its movement to the surface. The jet pump is again switched to the injection mode by dropping another external element in the form of a ball into the tubing, providing hydraulic connection between the tubing and the under-packer space. Next, the treatment fluid is fed into the tubing, carrying out re-treatment of the productive formation with simultaneous equalization of pressure between the tubing, the device and the under-packer annulus. The jet pump contains a hollow body, in which a bypass seat and a sealing sleeve with radial holes temporarily fixed by destructible elements are placed with the possibility of axial movement. A non-return valve is installed in the body to provide formation fluid access to the discharge channel in the above-packer annulus and maintain the created depression when the supply of the working fluid to the pump is stopped.

EFFECT: productivity of treatment of the bottomhole formation zone is increased due to the reduction of technological time, ease of control, reliable and trouble-free operation is ensured.
