FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to the working bodies for the subsoil application of mineral fertilizers in conjunction with plane-cut tillage. Device for layer-by-layer application of mineral fertilizers contains a rack with a shoe, right and left plowshares fixed on the shoe, and a chisel installed along the line of their connection, a mixer attached to the back of the rack, including a funnel, in the upper part of which a fertilizer duct and an air duct are built, and a rectangular pipe branch. At the same time, the rectangular branch pipe is divided into two symmetrical channels of different lengths with a tiered arrangement of their bases, under each of which a reflector-diffuser is placed. Inside the branch pipe, in its upper part, a divider is pivotally installed, made in the form of an equilateral corner, apex upwards, with a leash installed along its bisector. The leash is pivotally connected by means of a rod with the upper end of the vertical part pivotally attached to the shoe of the two-arm lever. The latter includes vertical and horizontal components, the latter being pivotally connected by a rod to the upper shoulder of the bit pivotally mounted on the shoe. This entire lever-hinge mechanism is located in the longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry of the device, including inside the cavities of the shoe and the rack, and the hinge axes are perpendicular to this plane of symmetry. A hole is made in the upper part of the vertical component of the two-arm lever, into which a round axis is inserted with a gap and the possibility of relative movement, attached to the inner surface of the post cavity horizontally and symmetrically to the longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry of the device. On each side of the vertical component of the two-arm lever, rubber shock absorbers are tightly installed on the axle with the help of their internal holes, each of which has a barrel-shaped outer surface. Directly to the upper part of the vertical component of the two-shouldered lever, disc springs mounted on the axle adjoin. To eliminate the gaps between the elastic elements and create force due to their preliminary deformation, a threaded connection with an adjusting nut is made at the rear end of the axle.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve soil fertility by applying mineral fertilizers simultaneously to different depths of the cultivated soil layer, as well as improve the quality of crumbling of fertilizer particles and soil while reducing the energy intensity of the loosening process.
