FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular, the composition of surfactants to increase oil recovery. The composition of surfactants for increased oil recovery contains, wt. %: anionic surfactant of branched structure 15.0-50.0; co-surfactant 10.0-20.0; isobutyl alcohol the rest. Anionic surfactant of branched structure is a product obtained by sulfonation of polyalkylbenzene of the PAB-C brand: a mixture of dialkylbenzenes with an admixture of diphenylalkanes, oleum at a mass ratio of polyalkylbenzene of the PAB-C brand: oleum is equal to 1:0.2-1.5, and oleum is added to polyalkylbenzene of the brand PAB-C with stirring and after adding the entire amount, mixing is continued for 1.0-4.0 hours at a sulfonation temperature of 40.0°C-70.00°C, then the mass is settled and separated, the resulting sulfonated mass is neutralized with an alkaline agent to pH equal 8-9. Co-surfactant was selected from a group containing nonionic surfactant Neonol AF 9-12 and anionic surfactant: sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate or alkylbenzenesulfonic acid.
EFFECT: mobilization of oil trapped between rock grains during flooding, the absence of precipitation formation in contact with reservoir water, the absence of formation of ultra-stable emulsions in reservoir conditions that can negatively affect the field preparation of oil, the expansion of the raw material base.
