SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and in particular to engineering machines for barriers. The engineering system of the blocking machine contains a base chassis, on which a turntable with a telescopic boom is mounted, which is equipped with a universal working body made in the form of a manipulator with a double-jawed grapple bucket. The manipulator consists of a lifting hydraulic cylinder, a rocker arm, a rod, a body with a bracket, two paws and a manifold, two turning hydraulic cylinders with racks and a hydraulic operation cylinder with a ring gear. The grab bucket consists of two jaws with levers, two earrings, a loop, and the jaws are equipped on one side with two knives and on both sides with several digging teeth. The lifting hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected to the telescopic boom and the rocker, pivotally connected to the telescopic boom and the rod, which is pivotally connected to the body. A cylindrical element is placed on the telescopic boom for fixing the universal working body in the transport position.

EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the boom working body is achieved.
