FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the construction of vertical cylindrical tanks on weak, highly deformable soils. The method for preparing the base of a cylindrical tank on soft soils includes layer-by-layer filling and compaction of the soil cushion, laying panels of reinforcing material and anchoring their ends. Before backfilling the pillow, anchor plates are placed along its perimeter, soil backfilling is carried out from the anchor plates to the center of the pillow with a surface slope in the same direction. The laying of the panels is carried out after the first layer of soil is dumped, the ends of the panels are inserted into the slots in the slabs and fixed on their outer side with detachable clamps.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of reinforcing the soil cushion, namely, ensuring an increase in the stability of the base and reducing the difference between the settlement of the foundation and the bottom of the tank, preventing rupture of the panels during its operation.
