FIELD: metal products corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protecting metal products from corrosion and can be used to obtain inhibited coatings on parts and assembly units of metal products, in particular, near noise barriers. A composition for an anticorrosive coating is described, including an alkyd varnish, an organosilicon amide of perfluorocarboxylic acid of the formula C3F7OCF(CF3)CF2OCF(CF3)CONH(CН2)3Si(OC2Н5)3, a reaction product of boric acid, diethanolamine and fatty acids of drying vegetable oils, a desiccant, and an organic solvent. , characterized in that it additionally contains 8,8-dimethylnonylamine in the following ratio of components, wt.%: alkyd varnish 20-35, the specified organosilicon amide of perfluorocarboxylic acid 0.5-5, the product of the interaction of boric acid, diethanolamine and fatty acids of drying vegetable oils in a molar ratio of 1:4:2, respectively, 1-6, a desiccant 2-5, 8,8-dimethylnonylamine 0.5-3, an organic solvent up to 100.
EFFECT: creation of anti-corrosion coatings with greater tensile strength and increased water, oil, petrol resistance properties, which leads to an increase in the durability of mechanism parts while reducing the cost of their maintenance.
