FIELD: radio signals generating technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of generating radio signals. The effect is achieved by the fact that the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth capacitors and an inductive coil are additionally introduced into the modulator of amplitude-modulated signals, where the first terminals of the third resistor, the inductive coil, the third capacitor and the collector of the second transistor are connected to the positive voltage source bus nutrition. The second terminal of the first resistor, the first terminal of the second resistor and the second terminal of the first capacitor are connected to the base of the first transistor. The collector of the first transistor is connected to the second terminals of the inductive coil and the third capacitor and the first terminal of the fifth capacitor. The second terminal of the fifth capacitor is the output of the device. The second terminal of the second capacitor is connected to the connection node of the base of the third transistor, the second terminal of the third resistor and the first terminal of the fourth resistor. A modulating signal is applied to the first terminal of the first capacitor.
EFFECT: increased linearity of the modulation characteristic.
