FIELD: shaving devices.

SUBSTANCE: shaving unit for cutting hair contains a rotating knife with cutting blades having cutting edges. The shaving unit also contains a protective cover with an annular shaving track having slots for hair. Slots, in the direction of movement, have front and rear edges. Front edges of slots for hair are inclined relatively to a radial direction passing from the axis of rotation. An angle (α) of slots, defined as an angle of inclination between front edges of slots for hair and the radial direction, is in the range from 35° to 60°. A cutting angle (δ) defined as a difference between the angle (α) of slots and an angle (β) of inclination of cutting edges of cutting blades relatively to the radial direction is in the range from +20° to -20°. The cutting angle (δ) is defined at an actual point, where front edges and rear edges interact. The invention also includes a shaving head and a shaving device.

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of shaving.
