FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in devices for the intensification of convective heat transfer. The heat exchange surface, which includes axisymmetric channels of variable cross section, formed by upper and lower plates and longitudinally wavy fins with slots, is additionally equipped with pulsators built into the inlets of the axisymmetric channels to create a pulsating movement of the air flow in the channels, and the opening angle of the longitudinally wavy fins is taken in the range from 0 to 5°.
EFFECT: increasing the intensity and efficiency of heat transfer, the efficiency of heat transfer from the channel walls to the heated medium, as well as saving the heat used to heat the heated medium (air).
