FIELD: building materials industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures in additive manufacturing technology by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of concrete mix. Concrete mix for additive construction includes, by weight%: Portland cement containing, by weight%: tricalcium silicate 68.1, tricalcium aluminate 7.2, 21.0-24.0, quartz sand with a grain size of 2.2-2.4 and a humidity of 1-2% 63.1-66.5, superplasticizer "Relamix PK" in the form of a copolymer based on polyoxyethylene derivatives unsaturated carboxylic acids 0.21-0.24, finely ground pozzolan component – metakaolin with a hydraulic activity of at least 1200 mg/g, a grinding degree of at least 2000 m2/kg 2.1-2.4, water 10.19-10.26.

EFFECT: reduction in the consumption of Portland cement and superplasticizer in the concrete mixture, an increase in shape stability and ensuring the absence of defects in the form of ruptures of layers printed from the concrete mixture with the possibility of extrusion of the concrete mixture on construction 3D printers implementing the method for layer–by-layer extrusion, a reduction in shrinkage deformations, water absorption and an increase in the bending strength of hardened composites printed using a 3D printer.
