The vessel includes a hull and a superstructure installed on the upper deck located at the level of the reservoir, and it is equipped with at least one jack and joint seals, a through hole is made in the upper deck, the jack is installed under the upper deck hole in the lower part of the hull, and the superstructure is installed on the jack in the opening of the upper deck, the lower part of the superstructure with the jack raised and the upper part of the superstructure with the jack lowered are located at the level of the upper deck, while the joint seals are installed in the upper and lower parts of the superstructure and along the perimeter of the upper deck opening, providing protection against the ingress of outside water ship hull.

EFFECT: reducing the loss of kinetic energy of the vessel while following the course or patrolling the reservoir.
