METHOD FOR DEVELOPING OIL ULTRA-LOW-PERMEABILITY DEPOSITS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E21B43/26

Abstract RU 2785044 C1

FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the development of ultra-low permeability oil deposits. Horizontal wells are drilled with in-line placement of horizontal shafts in the direction of the initial minimum horizontal formation stresses. Cementing of liners is carried out to isolate the behind-the-casing intervals. The optimal number of hydraulic fractures is determined based on the length of the horizontal section of the wellbore, the geological and geomechanical features of the object, and the hydraulic fracturing technology. The trajectories of hydraulic fracture development are calculated taking into account the rotation of the hydraulic fracture trajectory based on the calculation of the stress-strain state in the area of horizontal wells. Cross-directional multi-stage hydraulic fracturing is performed in all wells. In horizontal wells, packer installations are installed to isolate alternating production and injection hydraulic fractures from each other. Fluid production and fluid injection are carried out simultaneously in each well through separated ports along two independent channels. An electric centrifugal pump is located in the first channel for fluid production, and fluid is injected through the second channel at a bottomhole pressure not exceeding the formation fracturing pressure.

EFFECT: increasing the oil recovery factor and reducing the time to reach its maximum value.
