SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply systems and can be used in autonomous household and field water supply systems in any climate. Shower head includes a body 1 containing a supply tube 2, a shower mesh 3, and a water flow adjustment mechanism. The shower mesh 3 is made of two components, with a peripheral section 4 and a central section in the form of a replaceable element — a water-conserving aerator attachment 5. The peripheral section 4 of the shower mesh is equipped with holes 0.2 to 0.5 mm in diameter with a water flow rate of up to 8 l/min, and the central section in the form of a replaceable element — a water-conserving aerator attachment 4 with the water conservation function provides a 0.4 to 2 l/min water flow rate. Said water flow adjustment mechanism is equipped with a dual-position valve 6 for alternating water supply either through the peripheral section 4 of the shower mesh or through the replaceable element of the water-conserving aerator attachment 5. Herewith, the water flow adjustment mechanism includes a diaphragm 7, a rod 8 installed movably therein and rigidly connected to the dual-position valve 6, and a pressure lever 9 interacting with said rod 8.

EFFECT: reduction in the consumption of water through the shower head to 0.4–2 l per minute, i.e., by a factor of 15 on average.
