SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology; it can be used in the work of balneologists dealing with rehabilitation issues in obstetrics and gynecology practice, when conducting pre-gravid preparation of patients with reproductive disorders. In this case, baths with mineral water from thermal radon springs are taken, at a natural water temperature of about +38°C, the first 3 procedures are conducted every other day, following procedures are conducted daily in the first half of a day, with duration of 15 minutes, the emphasis is on treatment with a vacuum funnel with radon water circulating inside it of lower abdomen, suprapubic area, and sacrum area. The whole course is 10 baths. At the same time, in the first half of a day, mud applications are conducted to the sacral area, suprapubic area, and ovarian area, 2 hours after hydrodynamic underwater massage, for 20 minutes, by an application method, at a mud temperature of +38-40°C. The first 5 procedures of mud treatment are conducted every other day, then 5 procedures are conducted daily. In the first half of a day, starting from the second day of treatment, an “Intestinal lavage” procedure is conducted. In the second half of a day, treatment is carried out on an “Androgyne” physiotherapeutic device, in a daily mode, for 10 days, together with gynecological massage, an hour after physiotherapy (a course of 10 days), once every three days, “Siberian health resort” mini-sauna (Cedar barrel) is conducted at a temperature of +65°C, with pantoproduction, with the total duration of 15 minutes, 5 procedures in total. Starting from the second day, procedures are added according to a resonance-acoustic oscillation program (RAOP), every other day, 7 procedures in total. During all day of treatment, in the morning and in the evening, a Morning “Alfit-8” tea beverage is brewed with water at a temperature of +90°C, infused for 20 minutes, and is drunk together with two “Gyneconorm” phyto-capsules; an Evening “Alfit-8” tea beverage is also prepared and used together with an “Alfit Plus” Valerian+Glycine” phyto-capsule.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of pre-gravid preparation in women with problematic reproduction, increases chances of conception in patients with miscarriage and infertility to 70.1% during a year after therapy.
