FIELD: sealing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal sealing unit (30) between rotating shaft (16) and stationary case (3). The unit contains: flexible metal seal (1) containing two toroids, inner and outer, which are concentrical and have different average diameters, and containing a metal shell, which surrounds and retains inner and outer toroids; shaft (16) rotating around axis (X) of rotation and containing annular collar (7), against which seal (1) rests; support (14) having contact surface (14a), against which seal (1) rests; spacer (17), which is located around the rotating shaft, so that seal (1) is retained between spacer (17) and contact surface (14a), wherein spacer (17) is installed in such a way that it can slide along the rotating shaft; a metal part, which forms cover (15), through which rotating shaft (16) passes, and which is attached to case (3) and/or to support (14), wherein rotating shaft (16) freely rotates relatively to cover (15), and it is attached to cover (15) in the axial direction.
EFFECT: invention provides easy adjustment of stresses during manipulation.
