FIELD: metals processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in isothermal drawing of workpieces, for example, from titanium materials. The device contains a punch installed with the help of a punch holder on the press slider, a matrix and a clamp with a through hole for the punch. On the side surface of the punch there are limiting pins included in the circular groove of the clamp. On the upper surface of the clamp, in the corresponding blind holes, symmetrically with respect to the center of the matrix stream, conical pins are installed. Pockets are located in the punch holder coaxially with the pins. The height of the protruding part of the conical pin is equal to (0.8-1.1) ⋅ Hd, where Hd is the drawing depth. The diameter of the conical pin is (0.3-0.5) ⋅ Hd.
EFFECT: quality of the obtained parts is improved, the weight and dimensions of the device are reduced, and its performance is increased.
