FIELD: poultry farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming, the collection and processing of bedding material in the floor maintenance of poultry. An unmanned self-propelled system for processing bedding material for floor keeping of poultry includes a body mounted on a chassis, a control unit, a motion controller with software, two electric motors, a GPS tracker, and a tracking video camera. The system is equipped with a bedding processing device, consisting of a pick-up shovel, heating elements with fans, a perforated belt conveyor, a temperature sensor, air ducts and an unloading opening, and a signal lamp. In this case, the heating elements with fans are located above and below the perforated belt conveyor, in front of which a pick-up blade is installed, connected to the lower part of the housing. Wherein in the rear part of the body there is an unloading opening for the processed bedding material, and the chassis is made caterpillar.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and quality of processing of bedding material and poultry waste products, reducing the cost of processing and reducing personnel in production by providing the possibility of automated processing of bedding material when keeping poultry on the floor.
