FIELD: construction; foundation engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to foundation engineering; it can be used in the erection of pile foundations, mainly in subsidence soils with I type of soil conditions, bulk, highly porous clay, sandy, and other weak soils, using an impact load and simultaneous undermining with two-solution silicification. A method for the erection of a driven pile includes immersion of a pile into the soil, using an impact load and simultaneous undermining performed by injection through an axial trunk channel and through radial channels communicating with it. Undermining is combined with silicification through the mentioned axial and through radial channels communicating with it, the latter of which are made in a bottom of a pile trunk above a tip and are oriented in a perpendicular direction to sidewalls of the trunk. In immersion of the trunk for undermining, an aqueous solution of sodium silicate is used, and, upon achievement of a set depth, an aqueous solution of calcium chloride is injected into the trunk bottom for additional strengthening of near-pile soil. At the same time, silicic acid gel, calcium oxide hydrate, and sodium chloride formed in the reaction during the first two hours envelop the pile trunk bottom-up and form fixed near-pile soil in the form of a cocoon around the pile and under it, with the possibility of achievement of soil fixation strength of 70-80% 10 days after.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of a process of immersion of a driven pile in dispersed soil, reduction in labor intensity of the erection, strengthening of near-pile soil, and increase in a bearing capacity of the driven pile with simplification of its structure.
