FIELD: coke chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the coke chemical industry, in particular to a method for dust-free coke issue (hereinafter – DCI) from a coke furnace and to DCI device. The method is carried out using the device including a single aspiration system, which includes a door-detachable machine with a hood connected to a branch pipe of a mobile trolley located on a stationary trough-shaped collector, along a top of which there is a longitudinal window along the entire length, covered with a flexible conveyor belt, under which the mobile trolley is moved, a collector connected to a smoke pump and a bag filter for additional purification of discharged gases. Moreover, the single DCI aspiration system is divided into two zones – aspiration of the hood and aspiration of DCI collector. At the same time, in the zone of hood aspiration, smoke pumps with two cyclones, connected by branch pipes to slit channels of the hood for selection of large particles of coke dust, which are captured by slit channels of the hood, separated vertically for each cyclone separately, are installed, a dust and gas mixture coming out of cyclones is pumped by smoke pumps through the mobile trolley into DCI collector. Thence, this mixture is drawn by another smoke pump into bag filters and, after purification, is discharged into the atmosphere, both aspiration zones of the hood and DCI collector are combined into a single DCI cycle, captured dust is periodically discharged by a screw from cyclone hoppers to a hopper located on an end wall of a body of a coke-quenching car. The device includes a door-detachable machine with a hood, a mobile trolley of DCI collector. Moreover, smoke pumps with two cyclones, which are connected by branch pipes to slit channels of the hood, are installed on the hood, discharge branch pipes of cyclones, through smoke pumps, are connected to a zone of DCI collector and the channel of the mobile trolley. A screw is installed to cyclone hoppers for unloading large particles of coke dust into a hopper installed on an end of a body of a coke-quenching car, the hopper contains a gate for unloading coke fines, when quenching coke in a quenching tower. At the same time, in an area of a bottom of the trough-shaped collector, there is a device for pneumatic destruction of coke dust, consisting of a main pipe with branches, to which nozzles are installed.

EFFECT: elimination of accumulation of large particles of coke dust in a collector, increase in the reliability and efficiency of DCI installation, and reduction in energy consumption.
