The device contains a zero-sequence voltage filter, a signal transmitter control unit, a low-voltage transformer, the low-voltage winding circuit contains a two-half-period three-phase rectifier, a smoothing filter, a voltage stabilizer, a rectangular pulse generator, a rectangular pulse former, an RS trigger, electronic keys, pulse counters, a pulse divider, transistors, an intermediate relay, an index relay, a divider, optronic thyristors controlled by transistors, current-limiting reactors in the circuit of an opto-thyristor short-circuit switch, the alarm signal has a connection with current transformers installed in two phases of the electrical network, the circuit of which includes current relays, converting transformers, diode bridges, integrating bodies, power supply, pulse generator outputs, pulse generator are connected to RS-trigger inputs, RS-trigger outputs are connected to comparative elements, pulse counters, pulse counter outputs are connected to the output of the actuator.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of electrical networks with a voltage of 6-10 kV with an isolated neutral and ensuring high sensitivity of protection by means of a low response inertia (20 ms).
