FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances usable in durability and reliability testing of equipment for assembling and disassembling threaded connections when there is a need to simulate various combinations of loads caused by impact tightening of such connections. Bench for testing impact nut runners comprises a body; a bolt simulator and a nut simulator with a shaped cam placed thereon, coupled with said body; two hydraulic loading apparatus, with one of said apparatus made in the form of a hydraulic power cylinder interacting with the nut simulator, wherein the hydraulic system of loading apparatus is equipped with gas hydraulic accumulators and a control plunger hydraulic cylinder, the plunger of said cylinder being equipped with a roller interacting with the shaped cam of the nut simulator. Herewith, the nut simulator is made in the form of a prism with a smooth axial hole; the bolt simulator constitutes a cylindrical rod, rigidly fixed in the body and passing through the axial hole of the prism, with a head supported by the upper end of the prism via a thrust bearing; the second loading apparatus is made in the form of a hydraulic clamp containing a cylindrical diaphragm interacting with the surface of the smooth axial hole of the prism; wherein the ends of the cylindrical diaphragm are tightly connected to the rod so as to create such a cavity between the diaphragm and the rod that is connected to the blind axial hole of the rod and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic clamp by a radial channel; the plunger hydraulic cylinder comprises two working cavities, with one of said cavities being connected to the hydraulic system of the hydraulic power cylinder and the other being connected to the hydraulic system of the hydraulic clamp.

EFFECT: structural simplification due to the advancement of the second loading apparatus made in the form of a hydraulic clamp.
