The device contains a frame structure 1, ballast 2 to maintain this installation in a buoyant state, lifting ears 3 for transporting the installation, a cylindrical removable mesh 4 for collecting solid materials, a housing for a removable mesh 8, a mesh loading rod sensor 5, a water outlet collector 6, a pressure sensor 7 on the outlet collector, a pipeline 9, pump 10, cleaning device 11. As a cleaning device 11, a filter can be used, which is connected at choice depending on the contamination of the water surface. This method ensures rapid water purification from both solid materials and biological contamination. The invention makes it possible to solve the problem of cleaning the water surface and reduce the localization time in case of an accident on the water surface, which significantly expands the range of application of this device for various purposes.

EFFECT: device can be used both in the industry during the liquidation of the consequences of accidents, for example, oil and petroleum products spill on the water surface, when using absorbent materials (rubber chips, biosorbents), and in environmental programs for collecting solid materials from the water surface.
