A device for preparing drinks in a taxi, consisting of a cooking unit and a capsule holder, while the cooking unit is made with the possibility of taking water from the water tank, heating water and supplying water to the capsule and further into the glass, while the capsule holder contains a socket for installing the capsule, an annular part, is made with the possibility of removable connection with glass and/or with a capsule, or is made inseparably from the glass and/or from the capsule, while the annular part is made inseparably from the capsule installation socket. In this case, the capsule holder contains information printed on the capsule holder and/or on the glass and/or on the capsule, made with the possibility of reading it by a technical means for reading information contained in the cooking unit.

EFFECT: present invention enables to ensure safe preparation of a drink in a moving vehicle, ensuring quality control, legitimacy and conformity of the used elements of the device for preparing drinks in a taxi.
