FIELD: rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the field of rocket technology, namely, to systems for supercharging fuel tanks of launch vehicles with liquid rocket engines (LRE). The fuel for the gas generator is hydrogen peroxide (HP) is used to heat the cold helium gas for the boost system which is decomposed in a catalytic generator into a high–temperature mixture of oxygen and water gases. HP decomposition products and cold helium gas are fed into the nozzle head containing nozzles for each component. The mixing chamber is cooled by heat exchange of cold helium gas. The supercharging system includes: balloon cylinders with helium, a gas generator, a heat exchanger, controlled valves, a squeeze tank for HP, a gas generator, a nozzle head with nozzles for helium gas and HP decomposition products, a mixing chamber.
EFFECT: present invention enables to perform a multiple launch of the LRE when removing payloads, as well as the exclusion of long gas supply lines.
