FIELD: oil refining industry, petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of catalysts, namely the FCC catalytic composition, designed to convert low-value products from raw hydrocarbons into valuable products in the field of oil refining and petrochemical industries. The group of inventions describes the following: homogenized particles, including type Y zeolite in the amount of 25 to 45 wt.%; silicon oxide in the amount of 20 to 40 wt.%; aluminum oxide in the amount of 5 to 25 wt.%; at least one clay in the amount of 5 to 35 wt.%; and at least one rare earth oxide in an amount from 0.5 to wt.%; the mass percentage of each component is indicated in relation to the total mass of the FCC catalytic composition; the ratio of silicon oxide to aluminum oxide (SAR) in a type Y zeolite is in the range from 8:1 to 15:1; and the average particle size of the FCC catalytic composition is in the range of 45-120 microns, the method for obtaining the FCC catalytic composition and the method for catalytic cracking.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a higher yield of propylene and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), an increased yield of light olefins and the conversion of low-value hydrocarbons (CSO and LCO) into more valuable gasoline-type molecules.
