FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the ship systems of a submarine, namely the fuel system. The fuel system of the submarine includes external fuel tanks installed side-by-side outside the hull of the submarine with a fuel supply pipeline for the diesel, made in the form of bodies of rotation and interconnected by a wing-shaped fairing. The side sections of the fairing are connected to each other and to the hull of the submarine by quick-release connections. Remotely controlled compressed gas sources are installed in the fuel tanks, the tanks are equipped with a search tool, for example, a radio beacon and a towing device.
EFFECT: provision of multiple use of external fuel tanks is achieved.
