FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gear transmissions and can be used in high-load mechanical drives. Planetary transmission comprises a sun gear (1), a fixed central wheel (2), dual planet pinions (3) arranged on axles (5) by means of spherical bearings (4), spherical bearings of the planet pinion axles (6), and a composite holder made in the form of a self-setting disk with cylindrical pins (7) and rigidly connected to the output shaft of the cheek with holes (8) whereto the ends of the pins of the self-setting disk (7) are installed by means of centring rubber rings (9) with a gap. Setting seats are made in the self-setting disk (7) of the composite holder for the spherical bearings (6) of the dual pinion axles (5), wherein the dual planet pinions (3) are set on the consoles thereof by means of the spherical bearings (4). The absence of a rigid connection between the self-setting disk (7) and the cheek of the holder (8) allows the dual planet pinion block (3) to self-align, thereby levelling the load between them.
EFFECT: higher loading capacity of the planetary transmission.
