FIELD: deformations and displacements measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring deformations and displacements. The electromechanical strain gauge is a monolithic product made of an elastic polymeric material, in which the strain gauge elements are integral with the supporting bracket-like frame. One end of the frame is connected to a sensitive elastic element of equal resistance with strain gauges connected to a movable support leg through an elastic hinge, an elastic longitudinal compensator coupled with a long arm of a multi-arm lever, the short arm of which is connected to a movable support leg. The other end of the frame is connected to a fixed support leg and is coupled with a multi-arm lever by means of an elastic hinge. The elastic longitudinal compensator is a closed arcuate bulkhead of rectangular cross section, elastic hinges are made in the form of rod jumpers of rectangular cross section.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring deformations and displacements, simplifying and accelerating the manufacturing technology of an electromechanical strain gauge.
