EFFECT: creation of a physiologically acceptable agent for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which does not have a toxic effect and does not cause addiction to the body, and also makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases due to the activation and reproduction of a natural intracellular metabolite in the human body.
