FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: technology of lowland peat processing in order to obtain biostimulant humic preparations. Method consists in mixing pre-prepared peat with purified water heated to a temperature of 50-55°C. The resulting water-peat mixture is crushed, disinfected and activated in a cavitation generator-disperser. The disinfected mixture is pumped through a series of wet cyclones, where ballast deposits are separated from the water-peat mixture. The purified water-peat mixture is fed into a mixing reactor, an alkaline reagent is added, mixed, homogenized by rotary-pulsation and simultaneously subjected to ozonolysis, while maintaining a temperature of 55-60°C. Next, the mixture is settled with the addition of a coagulant, after which the settled mixture is loaded into a decanter centrifuge, where the liquid fraction is separated from the thick pasty one.

EFFECT: increase in the degree of purification of the output products, which thereby expands their scope, an increase in the concentration of bioactive components with an increase in the safety of their native bioactivity and an increase in it, an acceleration of the processing time, and also a simplification of the technological cycle.
