FIELD: machine-building equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a housing, clamping and power elements. The housing consists of two hollow cylindrical halves connected to each other by means of two bolts and a centralizer of a hollow cylindrical shape coaxially placed inside the upper part of the housing. Inside the centralizer, a thread is made and a bolt with a cone at the end is installed, which is used as a power element. On the two halves of the upper part of the side surface of the housing, two through holes are made, which provide fastening of the centralizer with bolts. A longitudinal inspection window is made on the side surface of one half of the housing. In the lower part of the inner surface of the housing, a clamping element is made in the form of an annular protrusion, which ensures the fixation of the friction wheel, and on the outer side there are fastening rings with a thread for connecting the two halves of the housing with bolts and nuts.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the process of dismantling the friction wheel while reducing the dimensions of the device and simplifying its design.
