FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to machines for fixing animals. The rotary machine for artificial insemination of sheep consists of a main frame, an internal frame, a rotary mechanism connecting the frames, and a fixing rod of the internal frame. A double-leaf semi-automatic gate with identical shutters is mounted on the front frame of the inner frame, fixed with suspended hinges with a return spring. Identical flaps are fixed by means of a semi-automatic latch and have a cone-shaped gap to accommodate the neck of a sheep with head fixation using a cross-shaped mechanism of self-fixation of the animal’s head with an automatic latch. A mechanism for fixing the rear part of the animal’s trunk is installed on the side grating of the inner frame, consisting of a side clamping flap connected to the shut-off gate by means of an adjustable rod. The mechanism for fixing the animal includes a cross-shaped mechanism for self-fixing the animal’s head on a double-leaf semi-automatic gate with an automatic latch, a mechanism for fixing the rear part of the animal’s trunk with a shut-off gate and a rotary mechanism with a rod for fixing the inner frame.
EFFECT: convenience of artificial insemination increases and the cost of manual labor is reduced.
