EFFECT: expansion of the stable communication zone, including beyond the radio horizon, by increasing the energy potential of data transmission lines, increasing the height of the antennas, using extrapolation procedures when preparing a communication session, continuous exchange of information about the location of software and ground complexes interacting with them, as well as complexing and selecting a more powerful radio signal from a satellite communication channel and a data transmission line in the HF range when the software is outside the radio horizon.
