SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for automated detection and classification of colonies of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms using images of Petri dishes. The technical result is the creation of a system and method that have increased speed and accuracy, low dependence on expert markup and scalability according to data, interpretability of results, scalability according to species specificities of microorganisms.
EFFECT: system contains a segmentation model building module, a segmentation model training module, a classification model building module, a classification model training module, an image segmentation module, and a classification module.
