FIELD: cargo handling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for automatic warehousing, receiving and transferring, sorting of bulk cargoes with their subsequent consolidation in one container piece by piece with further shipment of cargo to the delivery address. Essence: the technical solution is achieved through the invention of a cargo processing system without manual labor, where on one side of the rack there is a transport path for the supply of rolling stock, a manipulator for unloading a box with bulk cargo from the rolling stock to the platform of a stacker crane, a stacker crane for loading boxes with bulk cargo onto the rack, on the other side of the rack the following is installed: a stacker crane for moving a box to its platform, a manipulator for unloading piece goods into a box on a conveyor table, conveyor tables for loading boxes for piece goods, a conveyor for transporting boxes to conveyor tables and to the place where boxes are loaded into the rolling stock, a manipulator at the top or bottom between conveyor tables, or on supports above the conveyor, for unloading from a box, on the platform of a stacker crane, of piece cargo into a box on a conveyor table, a manipulator for loading boxes into rolling stock and setting it on the transport path. The speed of sorting and sending cargo to the destination address increases. Cargo sorting errors are reduced, personnel costs are reduced, there is no responsibility for the health and death of personnel, unifying boxes, cellophane tapes and equipment for cargo consolidation at manufacturing enterprises are not needed. The invention is most effectively used with small pipeline transport systems for the movement of goods in boxes. The method and device of cargo processing without manual labor can be used as a warehouse, a warehouse store, a store, as a port, railway or customs terminal.
EFFECT: as a result, automatic acceptance and transfer of cargo, its warehousing, sorting, generation of a commodity and cash receipt, and shipment of cargo to the address are provided without manual labor.
