FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to regulating filtration characteristics of oil reservoirs. The polymer composition for in-situ waterproofing of terrigenous reservoirs, obtained in the reservoir by sequential injection of two solutions, contains, in % by weight: hydrolysed polyacrylonitrile "Givpan" or "Gipan-1" 1-5; 49.3-51.9% by weight solution of trivalent chromium acetate 0.5-0.1; 12% by weight of hydrochloric acid 0.5-5; 10% by weight aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide 0.68-7.02; the rest is water. First a 10% aqueous solution by weight of sodium hydroxide is pumped into the reservoir, and then a solution containing "Givpan" or "Gipan-1", hydrochloric acid and trivalent chromium acetate.
EFFECT: improved penetrating and water-insulating ability of the polymer composition for in-situ waterproofing of terrigenous reservoirs.
