FIELD: bridge structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite slabs used in the system of ballastless bridge deck when laying the track on the spans of railway bridges. Composite slab is made of a set of pultrusion profiles made of composite material based on fiberglass, placed across the longitudinal beams of the bridge span. The profiles are interconnected along the socket adhesive connection. The set of profiles includes a central rectangular profile, several U-section profiles and end U-profiles. Reinforcing inserts are located in the areas where metal or polymer composite linings are attached to the slab of separate rail fastening units and counter-angles, as well as in places where the composite slab rests on the longitudinal beams of the railway bridge span. Dowels made of a polymer composite material integrated into the reinforcing inserts are used for fastening to the composite plate of the linings of the rail fastening units and counter-corners.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable fastening of linings of rail fastening units and contra-angles to the composite slab of the ballastless bridge deck system, ensuring the strength and reliability of the slab itself while reducing its weight.
