SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to impregnating compositions for strengthening and hydrophobization of various building materials during their operation under the influence of alternating temperatures, moisture and aggressive environments. The organic composition for concrete impregnation includes isopropyl alcohol and water, while the composition additionally contains hydrolysis production waste, and contains pre-mineralized water as water, in the following ratio, in % of weight: mineralized water 50.73-79.54, isopropyl alcohol 12.50-23.91, hydrolysis production waste 7.96-25.36, and pre-mineralized water contains the following ionic composition, mg/l: bicarbonate anions 2000-4000, sulphate anions 1-27, chloride anions 350-600, calcium cations 5-30, magnesium cations 0.5-26, sodium and/or potassium cations 1200-1650.

EFFECT: increasing the strength and frost resistance of concrete, as well as reducing its water absorption.
