SUBSTANCE: step-ladders having devices for increasing stability intended for work in premises, gardens, and summer cottages. The step-ladder consists of racks, a platform, supporting elements attached to the lower ends of the racks, while the supporting elements are made in plan in the form of circular arcs, the centre of which on a horizontal plane in the working position of the ladder coincides with the projection onto this plane of the middle platform.

EFFECT: ability to manufacture stable step-ladders with a greater height of the platform, ensuring human safety during work and the associated convenience during work and increasing labour productivity.
