FIELD: liquid fuel systems.
SUBSTANCE: method for filling a liquid fuel system with conditioned fuel is proposed, in which fuel is poured into a container in such a way that an unfilled space remains in the container, fuel is conditioned, the fuel system is filled with conditioned fuel using at least one fuel hose, while in the process of fuel conditioning the over-fuel space is vacuumed in the tank with the help of a vacuum pump, characterized in that fuel is conditioned by alternating evacuation of the over-fuel space in the tank and mixing fuel layers in the tank, whereas after fuel conditioning, the conditioned fuel is poured into the hydraulic accumulator, the fuel system is filled with conditioned fuel from the hydraulic accumulator, while the fuel layers are mixed in the tank for a specified period of time by draining the fuel from the tank, passing through a closed circuit and returning to the tank, and when the fuel system is filled with conditioned fuel from the hydraulic accumulator, the fuel is supplied with a cyclic change in pressure in the fuel system. A device is also proposed for filling a liquid fuel system with conditioned fuel, comprising a fuel conditioning and supply pipeline system, a container, a hydraulic accumulator, a fuel pump, a vacuum pump, at least one fuel hose, and a device for changing pressure in the fuel system.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of purification of the conditioned fuel from impurities, as well as the degree of filling the fuel system with conditioned fuel.
