SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to stands with a hydraulic power circuit for testing transmissions of traction vehicles. The device contains a drive balancing electric machine, adjustable hydraulic pumps, kinematically connected with matching gearboxes, with which the output shafts of the tested transmission are kinematically connected, a transfer case, the input shaft of which is kinematically connected to the input shaft of the tested transmission, and the output shafts are kinematically connected to the adjustable hydraulic motors. The pressure lines of the adjustable hydraulic pumps and adjustable hydraulic motors are looped. The device contains hydraulic loaders driven by DC electric motors with a rotating spool with a set of disks with through holes made perpendicular to the axis of the disks. At the same time, two longitudinal channels are made on the inner surface of the body of the rotating spool, and the cavity of one of the channels is connected to the cavity of the inlet pipe, and the cavity of the other channel is connected to the cavity of the outlet pipe, while the inlet pipes of hydraulic loaders with a rotating spool are connected to pressure mains, and the outlet pipes with drainage.
